What We Do

A/C Service

General inspection of AC condition and cleanliness.
Clean condenser coil on the outdoor unit.
Electrically test capacitor(s)
Measure amp draw on condenser fan motor, compressor, and indoor blower motor.
Measure temperature and enthalpy drop on A/C.
Inspect filter and indoor coil for cleanliness.
Measure static pressure.
Check for loose electrical connections.
Verify system is draining properly.

Furnace Service

Inspect overall condition and cleanliness of furnace.
Clean burners and flame sensor.
Measure flame current.
Inspect ignition system and test for proper operation.
Clean drain trap if present and verify furnace is draining properly.
Check capacitance on capacitor(s).
Check amp draw on motors.
Test external static pressure.
Measure temperature rise.
Perform combustion analysis.
